Job summary

IHOP 1775 American Fork is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a fast-paced team and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will help prepare, assign tasks, and communicate daily updates while promoting teamwork.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new hires, monitoring time cards, keeping costs in check, and handling cash according to procedures. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and encourage teamwork.
• Keep team informed about new menu items, specials and promotions.
• Supervise performance and behavior, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Monitor time cards and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce SOPs and check deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Handle cash receipts, reconciliations and daily deposits.
