You will train new hires, monitor performance, schedule shifts, and enforce standards and security procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in operations, and delivering consistent quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and encourage teamwork.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Supervise performance and enforce company policies.
• Monitor time cards and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control and maintain security protocols.
• Handle cash receipts, reconciliations, and daily deposits.
