Job summary

IHOP 1742 Murray in Utah is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, assign duties, train employees, and maintain service standards while managing schedules and POS cash handling.

You will promote teamwork, communicate menu items, and uphold company policies to drive smooth operations and strong guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and promote teamwork for a collaborative environment.
• Keep team informed about new menu items, specials and promotional materials.
• Provide training for new employees and refresher training for current staff.
• Supervise performance, monitor time cards, and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce SOPs, check deliveries, and handle cash receipts and daily deposits.
