Responsibilities include scheduling, enforcing standards, and coordinating with the team to deliver accurate orders, promotions, and safety protocols. Health insurance is provided for full-time staff and you will play a key role in developing team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.

• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and promote teamwork.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials and promotions.
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees and refreshers for current staff.
• Supervise performance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor time cards, adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control and maintain security protocols.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds and make daily deposits.
