Job summary

IHOP Round Rock is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You’ll organize daily tasks, coordinate with team members, and help maintain a welcoming, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing job assignments, training new hires, monitoring timekeeping, and ensuring food safety and quality. We offer a competitive hourly wage and health insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Supervise timekeeping, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime, and ensure accuracy of deliveries.
