Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials and promotions to ensure understanding of food preparation and service.
