Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions to ensure understanding of food preparation and service.
• Supervise employee performance and behavior, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor time cards, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime; enforce SOPs and check deliveries for accuracy and quality.
