Job summary

IHOP is seeking a dedicated Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team in a full-time capacity. You will help prepare staff, assign duties, and promote teamwork to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach onboarding and refresher training, monitor performance, and enforce standards while managing schedules and administrative tasks. A chance to grow within a well-known breakfast brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials to ensure clear understanding.
• Supervise performance, enforce SOPs, monitor time cards, adjust schedules, and handle cash deposits.
