IHOP 1413 Plano is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team. You will oversee preparation, staffing, and daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to procedures.

The role offers an hourly wage of $15 and full-time benefits including health insurance. You will train new team members and supervise daily activities to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and readying personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions to ensure complete understanding of food prep and service.
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees and provide refresher training to current staff.
• Supervise performance and behavior, monitor time cards, and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portions as per SOP and maintain security during deliveries and deposits.
