Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and readying personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions to ensure complete understanding of food prep and service.
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees and provide refresher training to current staff.
• Supervise performance and behavior, monitor time cards, and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portions as per SOP and maintain security during deliveries and deposits.
