Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of drawings and symbols for lines and voltages.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and organize field work.
• Capable of independent action in the field.
• CDL license and safe vehicle operation are required.
• Must meet physical requirements and height tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new/job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Discusses access and work scope with property owners; refers complex cases.
• Obtains permission to perform required work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Controls crew costs and resource usage.
• Provides reports of orders completed and crew performance to supervisors.
