Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Rental Credit Specialist to analyze credit worthiness and risk across Rental, National Rental and FMG customer segments. You will provide credit recommendations to support sales growth while mitigating risk and handling all Ryder product lines.

The role requires reviewing credit reports, financial statements and performing risk assessments, with the ability to structure deals to minimize risk and grow sales. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or 3 years equivalent business work experience.
• Two (2) years or more experience in commercial credit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit worthiness and risk for Rental, National Rental, and FMG customers.
• Review credit reports, financial statements, and Ryder history.
• Determine credit lines and action plans to mitigate risk and support sales.
• Communicate with loss prevention, collections, sales and operations on high-risk accounts.
• Verify critical documentation and security from customers.
