Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Rental Credit Specialist to analyze creditworthiness for Rental, National Rental, and FMG customers. You will provide value-added analysis, recommendations, and process improvements to support sales growth while mitigating risk.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and recommendations for credit lines, with emphasis on maintaining risk controls and timely communications with sales and collections teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or 3 years equivalent business work experience.
• Two years or more experience in commercial credit
• Two years or more experience in financial statement analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit worthiness and risk for Ryder's Rental, National Rental and FMG customers.
• Provide credit recommendations to local management to support revenue growth while mitigating risk.
• Review credit reports, financial statements and company history to determine proper credit lines.
