You will influence stakeholders, drive measurable improvements, and embed continuous improvement in delivery across teams. The role emphasizes reducing risk, simplifying execution, and strengthening how cybersecurity work is planned, delivered, and measured.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in process design, continuous improvement, or related transformation work.
• Ability to lead large-scale change and drive adoption across teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, controls, and cybersecurity delivery.
• Translate ambiguity into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Data-driven with ability to define metrics and measure impact.
• Executive-level communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize enterprise processes aligning with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead complex process improvement initiatives to reduce friction and improve delivery outcomes.
• Influence senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive adoption of new models.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to practical, scalable improvements.
• Establish success measures and report progress to leadership.
