Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access quality goods and provide white-glove service in our stores and customers’ homes. You will handle credit/collections daily, support deliveries and pickups, and keep the store appealing and well-organized.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time role with a consistent schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth by contacting customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a “white glove” service mindset.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliant with procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
