Rent-A-Center is looking for a Credit Assistant Manager to drive collections while delivering top-tier customer experiences. You will support customers, coordinate deliveries, and help ensure smooth in-home installations, with a focus on service excellence.

The role emphasizes credit awareness, strong communication, and the ability to handle store duties, merchandising, and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: engage with customers to collect on accounts.
• Provide friendly customer service with a 'white glove' approach in-store and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups with safe loading/unloading procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store and organized product presentation.
