Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager in a retail environment. You will manage credit and collections, deliver friendly customer service, and coordinate deliveries and pickups while maintaining a clean, organized store.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. You must be able to lift/move products and provide excellent communication to customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service or collections experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift and move products and operate company vehicles if required.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: engage with customers to support account growth and collect payments.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service in stores and at customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups with safe and compliant loading/unloading procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean store layout and organized product displays.
