Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to help manage credit and collections while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and at customers' homes. You will be responsible for driving growth through effective collections and maintaining an inviting, merchandised store environment.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white glove service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
