Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access high-quality goods and provide exceptional service.

The role involves credit/collections, in-store and in-home customer service, and merchandising duties, with a strong emphasis on safety and positive customer interactions. A 1-3 year background in retail or collections is preferred, along with a HS diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: install products safely and compliantly in customers' homes and stores.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness.
