Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager dedicated to helping customers access high-quality goods that improve their lives. This role emphasizes credit and collections, delivering friendly service, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

You will participate in deliveries and pickups, merchandising tasks, and provide top-notch customer experiences with a service-first mindset in our stores and customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Opportunity to get out of the store and install products while following loading, unloading and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
