Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to join our store team. You will interact with customers, manage credit and collections, provide white-glove service, and help drive revenue through responsible account handling.

This role involves deliveries, pickups, merchandising, and maintaining an inviting store environment. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of retail or collections experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift and move products.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products following safety and transport procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers.
