Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to help grow revenue through proactive collections and exceptional service in our stores and customers' homes. You will handle daily credit activities, assist customers, and participate in deliveries and pickups with a positive, service-oriented mindset.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and a consistent full-time schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics and appliances.
• Excellent communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: engage with customers to protect revenue daily.
• Customer service: deliver top-notch, in-home and store experiences with care.
• Deliveries & pickups: safe loading/unloading and installation while following procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting, organized and clean for customers and team.
