Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support in-store operations and customer accounts. You will perform credit and collections tasks, deliver friendly, white-glove service, and assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to keep the store inviting.

Required: 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, at least 18, and a valid driver’s license for vehicle duties. You should be able to lift and move furniture and electronics and enjoy helping customers.

Qualifications

• Retail or collections experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences in stores and at customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
