Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee deliveries, pickups, and merchandising in our stores. You will engage with customers to protect revenue and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, are at least 18, and hold a valid driver's license with the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: contact customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch service with a white-glove approach.
• Deliveries & pickups: assist in safe loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, clean store environment for customers and coworkers.
