Formación
- 1+ years of customer service, financial services or contact center support experience.
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with text, email, and phone-based support.
- Basic working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
Responsabilidades
- Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service to cardholders.
- Navigate complex inquiries with independence and escalation as needed.
- Identify product issues and trends from customer feedback.
- Support the growth of banking and credit card services.
- Advocate for products and drive continuous improvement.
