Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with text, email, and phone-based support channels.
• Basic working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy to every cardholder.
• Adapt and apply problem-solving as support processes evolve.
• Investigate details independently and escalate or resolve issues; spot trends indicating product bugs.
