Your Impact
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing customer credit including credit holds, credit limits, and setting up new customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s success by improving the Company’s working capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers who are past due on payments to collect for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Perform credit reviews for existing customers to support sales volumes.
  • Review credit for new customer credit applications and determine appropriate terms and credit limit.
  • Set up new customer accounts by partnering with other departments to obtain all necessary information.
  • Review of customer orders on credit hold daily and release as appropriate.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service departments to ensure open communication regarding overdue accounts.
  • Issue adjustments and credits to customer accounts as needed.
  • Back-up peers as needed.
  • Back-up cash applications as needed.
  • Other projects as assigned by the Credit Manager.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; or substantial professional experience in the credit and collections field
  • 1-3 years related experience in credit, collections or accounting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
