TSYS: TS2

Basic account experience required, as this role involves money movement. AML experience is also necessary.

Understanding of money movement, transaction codes, and reconciliation processes is essential. Experience with settlements such as funding, returns, chargebacks, and fraud monitoring, including money order monitoring, is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Perform a variety of customer service activities for RCS private label credit card merchants and dealers, typically of larger size and complexity.
2. Lead activities of the team, including assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring work.
3. Provide guidance and answer questions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and specific plan terms. Eligible benefits may include:
