About the Position

The Franchise Senior Credit Analyst (Auto Finance) will analyze complex credit data and financial statements to assess risk and underwrite loans.

• Review credit applications, make decisions per company guidelines.
• Analyze credit risk, financial info, and determine loan quality.
• Lead and mentor other Credit Analysts.
• Interact with automotive franchise dealerships for approvals.
• Build relationships with sales, funders, and dealerships.
• Prepare credit analysis reports with trend analysis and projections.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in credit analysis within non-prime auto finance.
• Effective communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $31.00 - $42.00/hour + Bonus
