Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Insight Global is seeking experienced Credit Analysts to join a large personal and auto loan provider. This position is remote, based out of Columbus, OH. As a Credit Analyst, you will assess the creditworthiness and risk of applicants, evaluate loan applications through thorough analysis, and handle documentation, communication, and compliance to facilitate responsible lending.

This is a 6-month contract role with competitive hourly pay and benefits options. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Columbus, OH.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Review and process loan applications, verifying submitted documents and requesting additional information as needed.
• Review employment, income, identity, and tax documents.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support operational goals and loan processing.
• Build and maintain trust with borrowers, investors, and colleagues.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in loan processing or as a loan officer at a financial institution or mortgage company.
• Experience managing complex customer communications both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of reviewing tax forms, financial statements, credit reports, and lending concepts.
• Understanding of mortgage products, including HELOCs, and the loan process from application to closing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
