Guaranty Bank & Trust in Austin, TX seeks a Credit Administration Assistant to support the AVP - Credit Manager. You will help prepare reports, manage electronic records, monitor covenants, and ensure loan documents are accurate and properly entered in bank systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand loan documents with covenant terminology.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the AVP - Credit Manager.
• Prepare, format, and distribute notices and customer letters.
• Save and maintain loan and credit documents in filing systems.
• Pull, compile, and prepare reports for management, regulatory, and portfolio reporting.
• Review loan documentation for covenant language and requirements.
• Ensure new and renewed loans are set up for covenant monitoring.
• Maintain covenant compliance reports and credit administration activities.
• Coordinate with lenders, credit analysts, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor workflows and assist with department projects and process improvements.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
