Qualifications

• Required- High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred- Associates degree or higher.
• Required- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Required- Minimum 1 year loan administrative experience in commercial real estate loans.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take loan applications, obtain credit reports and process credit denials according to regulations.
• Type memos, letters and reports.
• Greet customers and assist them with routine problems.
• Produce loan documents and renewal loans in an accurate and timely manner.
• May be responsible for servicing loans: payments, payoff quotes and forwards to lenders and/or clients.
