Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust in Pittsburg, TX is seeking a Full-Time Loan Administrative Assistant to support the loan function and cross-train in opening accounts. You will represent the bank, collect credit reports, process loan denials, and prepare documents with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service experience and 1 year of loan administration in commercial real estate loans, plus a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
• Minimum 1 year loan administrative experience in commercial real estate loans required.
• Preferred 2 years loan administrative experience in CRE loans.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take loan applications, obtain credit reports and process credit denials according to regulations.
• Open accounts and cross-train in checking/savings as needed.
• Prepare loan documents and renewal loans accurately and timely.
• Greet customers and assist with routine problems; handle payments and deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products to support cross-selling to customers.
• Comply with privacy policies and regulatory rules; complete required compliance training.
