Job summary

Influential is seeking an experienced Associate, Creator Management to implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. The role supports the campaign management team with our proprietary technology to connect top brands with a broad network of creators.

The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, negotiation, content creation, and day-to-day campaign oversight, collaborating with account management, research/analytics, and operations to maximize ROI and hit

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital/advertising/creator marketing
• Exceptional presentation skills with clients
• Experience in an agency setting
• Experience coordinating projects in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable in a startup environment, building processes where none exist
• Sourcing experience beyond social channels
• Knowledge of offline and online space and brand-media-consumer relationships
• Familiar with major social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube)
• Self-starter, collaborative, able to work independently and influence teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to schedules and records

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall success of Influential's social campaigns.
• Develop and execute creator strategies; refine and introduce success metrics.
• Train teams on planning, reporting, and use of our tools for analysis.
• Coordinate with account management, analytics, and operations to meet client needs.
• Identify talent strategically to maximize ROI and KPIs.
• Vet creators to ensure alignment with brand safety and campaign criteria.
• Position recommended creators to clients using data and insights.
• Oversee casting, negotiation, contracting and content management for campaigns.
