Job summary

Redgert Comms, a global PR and marketing agency, seeks a Creator Partnership Manager to own end-to-end TikTok Shop creator recruitment for client campaigns from a New York City base. Initially freelance with potential for full-time, hybrid/remote options may be considered for the right candidate.

You’ll source creators, manage pipelines, negotiate rates, and coordinate attendance for events while building scalable processes as the roster expands.

Qualifications

• Direct experience recruiting or managing creators on TikTok Shop.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace / Seller Center and GMV-tiering.
• Experience with outreach/CRM tooling (e.g., Euka or similar).
• Comfort negotiating rates and appearance fees with creators or reps.
• Strong project management; handle multiple recruitment scopes.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for client updates.
• NYC market knowledge and creator relationships a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit TikTok Shop affiliate creators against client briefs (category, geography, follower tier, GMV).
• Manage the full recruitment pipeline: outreach, tiering, rate negotiation, confirmation, and attendance for in-person events.
• Build and maintain rate structures and pricing guidance across creator tiers (L2-L3 vs L4+), including appearance fees where applicable.
• Track creator performance and campaign delivery against client goals.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders on recruitment status.
• Help build repeatable systems and processes (CRM/outreach tooling, creator database, rate cards).
