Job summary

Nood is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Community Lead to own four core areas: TikTok Shop creators and affiliates, VIP Creator Program, Meta creator whitelisting, and brand partnerships. This hands-on role focuses on building relationships, workflows, and incentives that drive content, customer acquisition, and brand credibility.

You will recruit and manage creators, coordinate with performance and paid media teams, and ensure disciplined program execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creator programs, influencer marketing, or partnerships for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to independently build and manage programs that drive measurable business results.
• Hands-on experience recruiting and managing TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
• Knowledge of Meta creator whitelisting and paid amplification workflows.
• Experience negotiating contracts, usage rights, commissions, and creator compensation.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills across pipelines, calendars, budgets, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliates with clear incentives and performance reviews.
• Build and run the VIP Creator Program with tiers, onboarding, briefs, deliverables, and payouts.
• Source and manage Meta creator whitelisting and coordinate with Performance Creative and Paid Media.
• Develop partnerships with aligned brands, experts, tastemakers, and communities.
• Translate inputs into creator briefs and deliver organized assets for organic and paid performance.
• Track GMV, revenue, creator output, commissions, costs, and reporting for insights.
• Build reliable creator operations workflows from outreach through payment and renewal.
