Job summary

TikTok LIVE is seeking a CN Growth Leader to drive onboarding of Creator Networks and scale mature CN operations, partnering with agencies and central teams. You will own BD strategies, onboarding programs, and data-driven improvements to grow CN revenue and engagement.

You will build and lead a team of CNMs, set quarterly goals, and develop SOPs to drive growth while maintaining strong relationships with CN partners across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in external-facing roles such as account management, sales, or business development
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience
• Experience owning revenue KPIs and/or OKRs and core business targets
• Strong strategic communication skills, with ability to influence decisions
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making; comfortable using dashboards and data tools
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Own new CN growth metrics and aggressive OKR targets
• Develop business plans for acquiring and onboarding new CNs
• Lead inbound/outbound BD channels to promote CN business model
• Improve leads conversion to contract sign funnel and track funnel efficiency
• Build onboarding program to train CNs and reach milestones
• Refresh and synthesize operational best practices and train CNs at scale
• Identify CN pain points and work with product and central teams to improve tools
• Map roadmap for CNs to graduate to mature CNs and improve metrics
• Delegate data analysis and train team on data usage
• Mature CN scalability: own growth metrics, develop plans, manage CNs and SOPs
• Lead CNMs to customize growth strategy and goals for each CN
• Maintain trust with CN partners and identify strengths/weaknesses
• Develop CN operations analytics and internal data portal usage
• Design incentives and drive CN milestone achievements with campaigns
• Lead special projects with spillover impact on the LIVE industry in the US
• Identify issues faced by CNs and solve with Ops team
• Document best practices and share with CN team
