TikTok LIVE is seeking a Creator Operations Manager to build, activate, and retain a healthy creator community on TikTok LIVE. You will design scalable operational strategies that empower creators to thrive and drive sustainable growth and high-quality content supply.

The role requires 1+ years in content or creator operations, strong analytics, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to collaborate with LATAM partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in content or user operations, creator/influencer management, or digital marketing.
• Experience in designing and scaling creator or content programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset (funnel analysis and retention modeling).
• Proven success in managing creator lifecycles and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable creator programs to onboard, educate, and activate TikTok LIVE creators.
• Design and implement incentive campaigns and reward systems to boost participation and retention.
• Craft growth strategies targeting diverse creator segments across tiers.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, and Strategy teams.
• Create creator toolkits and training resources.
• Monitor funnel metrics to identify friction points and optimize workflows.
• Deliver data-driven insights to influence strategy.
