Job summary

Grail Talent is seeking a results-driven Talent Manager to oversee the careers of our content creators and grow their audience and earnings. Using our in-house software and market insight, you will negotiate brand and label deals and develop content strategies for clients.

You'll scout and sign new creators, nurture brand relationships with agencies, and work with internal teams to expand Grail Talent's roster. This role is fully remote with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own schedule.
• Familiar with large social platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and influencer culture.
