Qualifications

• 1+ year experience managing influencers or UGC creators, ideally in DTC/e-commerce.
• Fluent in English, clear communicator both in writing and on calls.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Find and onboard creators fitting the brand.
• Host weekly calls to keep the community engaged.
• Negotiate rates and manage contracts with creators.
• Coordinate product shipments and manage logistics.
• Work with teams to develop creative briefs.
• Track performance and share insights with the community.
• Organize deliverables and assets using ClickUp.
