Grail Talent is hiring a Talent Manager to oversee creators, grow their audiences and monetise content. You will negotiate deals with brands and labels using our in-house software and your strategic insight to develop creators' content plans.

Leverage relationships with major brands, scout new talent, and drive growth across the roster while maintaining a flexible, remote-first work style and independent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Familiar with large social platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong communication and negotiation through deals with brands/labels.
• Able to drive own agenda and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale creator portfolios, secure brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators, focusing on rising and established influencers.
• Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape growth and talent strategy.
• Work remotely with autonomous schedule and accountability.
