Advantage HQ in the United States is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to source, vet, and onboard top creative talent to support ad campaigns, UGC production, design, and more. You should have an eye for A-players, and the communication skills to build lasting relationships with high-caliber talent.

This 100% remote, contractor role operates on EST business hours with paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Talent Manager or Creative Recruiter role.
• Proven success in identifying and hiring top creative talent.
• Strong phone/video interview skills and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to assess cultural fit and creative potential.
• Familiarity with Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and shortlist A-level creative talent across disciplines.
• Conduct screening calls to assess skills and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for projects.
• Partner with Creative Leadership to identify hiring priorities.
• Explain project deliverables and align on goals with candidates.
• Manage end-to-end acquisition process from outreach to onboarding.
• Use spreadsheets to organize talent pools.
• QC/QA submitted content to meet brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize platforms like Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork.
