Job summary

Grail Talent is a fully remote influencer management agency connecting creators with brands. As a Talent Manager you will oversee creator portfolios, negotiate deals, and drive content strategies to grow earnings and audience reach.

You will sign new creators, nurture brand relationships, and work with internal teams to expand Grail Talent's roster while enjoying flexible, autonomous remote work and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing influencers or creator rosters.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Scale Creators: oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow while securing brand deals.
• Talent Acquisition: scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
• Foster Brand Relationships: build partnerships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
• Strategic Growth: collaborate with internal teams to expand Grail’s talent roster.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
