You’ll recruit talent, onboard them, manage accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to set creators up for success and growth. The role rewards a proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives on negotiation and rapid collaboration.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience; internships welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Scout, identify, and recruit high-potential creators (Instagram focus).
• Own the outreach pipeline from first contact to contract signing.
• Onboard creators and serve as the main point of contact.
• Nurture partnerships and guide early collaboration and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to set creators up for success.
• Maintain creator records and track deal statuses.
