Job summary

Supabase is seeking a growth and creator marketing lead to own our creator/influencer program in-house, building direct relationships with creators and driving multi-million-dollar impact. This remote-first role focuses on campaigns, budgets, and measurable results.

You will source and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, run campaigns end-to-end, experiment with new channels, and track program performance to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, partnerships, or creator marketing at a dev tool, SaaS, or consumer tech company.
• An outgoing relationship-builder with a track record of launching channels from zero.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and operating in a scrappy, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Run creator campaigns end to end, experiment with new acquisition channels, and double down on what works.
• Track, report, and operationalize program budgets and performance.
