You will help creators manage their businesses, leveraging digital marketing insights and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to drive growth within an international, remote-friendly team.

You will join a dynamic, startup-like environment with opportunities to learn, expand your skill set in Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads, and grow as the company scales

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German as required.
• Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and provide solutions for creators' and influencers' needs.
• Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: view each creator as an independent business and help it grow.
