Job summary

Social Operator is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own creator sourcing, negotiation, and campaign execution across our client roster. You will scout creators, sign partnerships, and launch campaigns designed for viral reach on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

You will manage relationships, negotiate terms at scale, track ROI, and collaborate with strategists to align creator content with brand objectives. Experience in influencer marketing and a data-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage creator relationships at scale.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance and creator fit.

Responsibilities

• Scout, evaluate, and activate creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for client campaigns.
• Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and oversee deliverables end-to-end.
• Launch and optimize creator-led campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted creators across verticals and platforms.
• Collaborate with strategists to align creator content with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Track and report on creator performance, ROI, and campaign attribution.
• Identify emerging creators and trends before they break into the mainstream.
• Manage creator relationships as long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.
