TikTok is seeking a passionate Creator Manager to join our operations team in Mexico City. You will identify, onboard, and incubate e-commerce creators, helping them improve sales performance across verticals and align with campaigns and content formats.

You will collaborate with Category, Marketing, and Campaign operations to match creators with opportunities, provide ongoing education, and ensure compliance with platform policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category, Marketing, Campaign operations) to match creators with suitable content opportunities and promotional activities.
• Provide ongoing education and support to creators, helping them optimize content strategy, understand platform rules, and improve performance.
• Work with the content moderation team to ensure creators adhere to platform guidelines and policies.
