Job summary

TikTok seeks a strategic Head of Top Creators Partnerships and Operations for TikTok Shop in Mexico City. You will lead creator ecosystem strategy, partnerships with top creators and MCNs, and scalable collaboration models across live commerce and short-form video.

The role focuses on growing GMV through creator playbooks, training systems, and growth pathways, plus leading a 5–10 person team and aligning with platform priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce, content platforms, or creator ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing top creators or MCNs in commerce.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading teams (5–10+ members).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top creators, MCNs, and key ecosystem players.
• Design scalable collaboration models (live commerce, short-form video, brand campaigns).
• Drive high-quality content production across short-form videos and live streaming, improving content and conversion.
• Lead large-scale live streaming events with top creators to maximize GMV impact.
• Develop creator playbooks, training systems, and best practices to scale content-commerce models.
• Design incentive programs and growth pathways to increase creator productivity and retention.
