Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Creator Growth Operation Manager in Los Angeles to build US e‑commerce partnerships, onboard creators, and optimize merchant and content programs at scale.

You will own growth strategies for U.S. L0–L1 creators, segment by lifecycle, and collaborate with product and algorithm teams to improve creator–product matching, onboarding, and retention.

The base salary ranges from $115,520 to $198,360 annually, with potential bonuses and stock options, plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in growth operations or related field with funnel ownership.
• Strong analytical skills to translate problems into measurable funnels and tests.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategies and operational programs for U.S. e‑Commerce creators from activation to retention.
• Segment creators by lifecycle and performance to define differentiated strategies.
• Build and manage creator growth funnel and define success metrics.
