Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Partnerships Development and Operations Manager for the Mexico market to onboard, incubate, and support Partners and agencies within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. You will drive onboarding, education, and growth initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Based in Mexico City, you will analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and design incentives to expand the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
